FASHION STYLE ICON @ MISTER PHARRELL WILLIAMS

His style has evolved from typical basic skateboard/street wear into what I think could be called the modern gentleman. He and Kanye seem to be really upping the fashion stakes for musicians and especially black musicians. When we went through the strong stage of hip hop a few years back – 50 Cent, Jay Z (really improved as well since his Def Jam CEO role), Dre, Snoop and even Eminem – it seemed that to be associated with “black culture” you had to wear baggy jeans, an over sized white t-shirt and some bling. It is a completely different story now with a lot of these artists wanting to become more well rounded business men.

Pharrell to me just oozes cool and style. I haven’t ever seen him when I thought he was just another average man on the street. He has a lot of flair and creativity with his outfits – mixing bold colours, patterns and using key accessories like scarves, sunglasses and watches to really stand out. I think a lot of people who are naturally creative just “know” what works when it comes to expressing themselves through their clothes.

Casandra Ventura (born August 26, 1986), known professionally as Cassie Ventura, is a American recording artist, model, dancer and actress. After being introduced to music producer Ryan Leslie, she was signed to his music-media company, NextSelection Lifestyle Group. Leslie wrote and produced Cassie's first single, "Me and U", which became a major hit in 2006. He convinced Sean "Diddy" Combs to partner his Bad Boy Records with Leslie's NextSelection imprint for the release of her debut album, Cassie, which was released in August 2006. Her second studio album will be released in 2012.

H&M Shoppingbag :)

This is mij H&M order, some pieces are missing because i couldn't find a picture of it at the H&M Website. At the Dutch H&M website, there is a big sale going on right now! You sometimes can  buy a blouse, tanktop or pull for only €2,-! The golden dress i bought, is for Christmas, but I will wear the front of the dress in the back, because the back is much nicer than the front. I will combinate the jeggings with the pulls in this list.  The dark brown jegging is made from fake leather. Other things I have bought, but which are not at this list are: a scarf with colours like orange, red, blue, brown and black! So I can combinate this scarf with many outfits. I bought a white blouse, a golden ring with a green stone, and some leather bracelets.
